The Elder Law Clinic has a demonstrated commitment to serving the legal needs of elders in the Spokane community. Supported by a grant from Aging and Long-Term Care of Eastern Washington, the Elder Law Clinic provides legal assistance to low and middle-income clients who are 60 years and older and live in Spokane County. We provide free legal assistance on a variety of matters from basic estate planning to public benefits to housing. Legal work is done by law students under the supervision of a licensed attorney.

This clinic provides law students with opportunities to gain quality experience assisting clients with their various legal issues. It is comprised of second- and third-year law student interns and experienced supervising attorneys.
